慈善活動 EAGLE（EAGLE Charity Activity LTD）は、

任意・非営利の個人慈善活動として、

「頑張っている人に静かなエールを届ける」ことを目的とする。

本憲章は、活動の根幹となる理念・行動規範・責任の所在を明確にし、

透明性と独立性を保ちながら活動を継続するために制定する。

EAGLE Charity Activity LTD is a voluntary and non‑profit personal charity activity

with the purpose of “quietly supporting those who are doing their best.”

This Charter is established to clarify the core philosophy, code of conduct,

and responsibility of the activity, ensuring transparency and independence.

3. 「LTD」の表記は、責任の所在を明確にするための倫理的表示である。

1. All quotations, editing, and interpretations are carried out under EAGLE’s responsibility.

2. The activity maintains no ties with any organization, company, or political entity.

3. The term “LTD” is an ethical indication clarifying responsibility.

第4章　活動の方法

1. 活動は、文章・編集物・対話・記録など、非営利かつ非強制の手段によって行う。

2. 支援は「静かなエール」を基本とし、過度な介入・依存関係の形成を避ける。

3. 情報提供・整理・励まし・記録補助など、相手の尊厳を損なわない範囲で行う。

4. 活動は、相手の状況・背景・文化的文脈を尊重しながら進める。

5. いかなる場合も、金銭的利益を目的とした行為は行わない。
